Warranty Policy

Every PUFFKITS product is backed by a lifetime warranty to let you go to infinity and beyond no matter where the occasion strikes. We want to make sure you can enjoy all the fun cannabis has to offer with the peace of mind that your paraphernalia is going to be by your side forever. 

Please note that we reserve the right to decline any warranty claim if we consider that the product was misused or if the claim appears to be false. All exclusions are listed below. 

Conditions

This warranty is meant to cover the regular wear and tear that our products will go through during their life cycle. The duration of said cycle is entirely dependant on the individual's use of the product. Some conditions apply to this warranty.

1. ​Any intentional damage to the product immediately voids the warranty. 

2. Any modification done on the product resulting in malfunction immediately voids the warranty. 

3. A product that was lost or stolen does not qualify for a replacement. 

4. Esthetic damages such as scratches, wore out anodized finish, wore out logos, or any other esthetic damages of that nature, do not qualify for a replacement.

5. The product must be unusable in order to be replaced.

6. Missing rubber pads do not qualify for a replacement. 

7. Rubber seals and straps can be ordered free of charge by contacting our team via our email.

8. The original product must be returned to Puffkits for the replacement product to be issued. 

Once again, we reserve to right to refuse the replacement of any product if we consider it does not meet the requirements. 

​If your products does not meet the requirement for eligibility, it will be sent back and fees will need to be covered upon reception by you, the buyer. 

Special edition replacement

Special and limited editions products may not be available when you redeem your replacement as they might be discontinued. A standard edition product will be issued to honour the warranty. 

The original limited or special edition product will not need to be returned. 

Initiating the request

In order to be issued a replacement, you must first send us your inquiry at puffkitsofficial@gmail.com.

Use the following in your email object : WARRANTY CLAIM | *product name*

Briefly describe the issue regarding said product and attach 2-5 images to substantiate your claim. 

Including the date of purchase, the order number or any other relevant information regarding your original order will increase your chances of having your claim processed sooner. 

A customer sales representative will contact you within 5 business days with instructions to send the original product back.

​You will be notified if the product you request is out of stock at the moment of your request and a replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.
